Setup Activities and Sub-Activities

From the Navigation Bar Select Activity
Select +
Enter WBS Name and Contract Type
Select Add Activity
Add Activities and Sub-Activities

Once you select Add Activity you will see the following screen. This is where you will add the Activities and Sub-Activities for the project.

Continue to add activities relevant to the project. Select + within an Activity to add a Sub- Activities.

Once the company-wide parameters are complete and the WBS for a project is complete, you are ready to build the base-line budget.
