Find an order

Using search to find your orders

You can search for a sales order on the sales order screen. To reach the sales order screen, click on the sales order icon on the Navigation Bar located on the left side of any page.



When you click on the icon you will be taken to the sales order screen.
There are multiple ways a Sales Order can be searched:

Sales Order Number
Order Status
Order Date Range
Customer
Product Codes / SKU's

Drop down menus and “auto-fill” makes searching a snap and don't forget to click the Search button 😀
