Reporting Period

As RevLock brings in orders, it builds out revenue plans that go out through the life of the contract. This is computed all the way through the end of the contract life and is saved within the accounting system and warehouse.

Setting the reporting period

The reporting period is a concept that helps control the amount of future information shown within RevLock. It is set at least to one month ahead of the accounting period.

You can easily change this back and forth right from the toolbar.

Changes made to the reporting period only affect how far ahead you see plan data on the report. These changes do not affect any of the internally computed schedules in RevLock.
