How to Find the Unearned Revenue Rollforward Report

This article reviews the Unearned Revenue Rollforward Report.

This report increases deferred revenue with new billings and decreases the total as revenue is earned.

Opening the report

Click Reports on the main menu.

Click the Revenue tab and select Unearned Revenue Rollforward.



The report table displays the default settings with two objects: Customer and Accounting period.



Since deferred revenue is attached to the customer, RevLock organizes the report by customer name.

Customizing the report

Add attributes or metrics to display granular information, such as deferred and earned revenue by sales order.
