Standard Accounting Reports
RevLock comes with several pre-configured standard reports that provide revenue information from different perspectives. These include a GAAP-based ASC 606 view, an analytical view including SaaS metrics such as MRR and churn rate, and a Billings-focused view.
There are five categories of standard reports.

Revenue
Go to Reports → Revenue to find the following reports:
Unearned Revenue Rollforward: Deferred revenue increases with new billings and decreases as revenue is earned.
Revenue Backlog: Rolls sold revenue (total contract value independent of billings) forward.
Revenue WaterFall: Provides a periodic rollforward of unearned revenue as is planned today through a specified future reporting date.
Revenue Backlog WaterFall: Provides a periodic rollforward of the backlog as is planned today through a specified future reporting date.
Professional Service Delivery: Shows logs loaded into RevLock.
Sales
Sales Orders: Shows active sales order (contracts) loaded into RevLock.
Commission: Shows deferred commissions, which decrease as expensed. This report includes historic periods only.
Commission WaterFall: Shows deferred commissions, which decrease as expensed. This report include periods in future only.
Billings
Invoices: Invoices loaded into RevLock.
Accounting
Revenue Journal: Exportable revenue journal.
Commission Journal: Exportable commission journal.
Analytics
Customer Change Analysis: Shows month-over-month analysis of customer acquisition and churn in different business segments.
Customer Change Trailing 12 months: Shows analysis of customer acquisition and churn in different business segments.
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Shows different components of MRR change; breaks MRR into New, Expansion, Contraction and Loss.
Net & Gross Renewals: Shows net and gross renewal rates in different business segments.
MRR Change - Month over Month: Interactive report helps analyse reasons behind changing MRR.
All reports can be drilled through, or filtered, on any attribute including order, customer, and product.
