Long-term projects can create tracking issues for accounting and finance departments that need to keep track of budget versus actual performance and compute percentage complete as project managers move projects towards completion.
RevLock’s planning and budgeting tool allows users to view each individual project as well as to get a company-wide analysis of all company project financials. Information is available on a real time basis and ensures that management has the information it needs to allocate resources, recognize revenue and make adjustments through the life of a project.
