Accounting Reports

REVLOCK comes with several pre-configured standard reports that provide information on the various different perspectives on revenue. This includes providing a GAAP based ASC 606 view, Analytical view including SaaS metrics such as MRR & churn rate and a third view focused on Billings

The standard reports are organized into 5 distinct categories

Revenue

REVLOCK includes a series of reports to report on revenue. You can go to Reports→Revenue and will see the following reports

Unearned Revenue Roll-forward: The unearned revenue roll forward rolls your deferred revenue, increasing it with new billing and decreasing it as revenue is earned.
Revenue Backlog: The revenue back log rolls sold revenue (total contract value independent of billings) forward.
Revenue WaterFall: Provides a periodic roll forward of the unearned revenue as is planned today through a specified future reporting date.
Revenue Backlog WaterFall: Provides a periodic roll forward of the backlog as is planned today through a specified future reporting date.
Professional Service Delivery: Period Service Delivery logs that are loaded into RevLock

Sales

Sales Orders: Active Sales Order (Contracts) loaded into RevLock
Commission: The commission roll forward rolls your deferred commission, decreasing it as commission it expensed. This report includes historic period only
Commission WaterFall: The commission roll forward rolls your deferred commission, decreasing it as commission it expensed. This report include periods in future only

Billings

Invoices: Invoices Loaded into RevLock

Accounting

Revenue Journal: Exportable Revenue Journal
Commission Journal: Exportable Commission Journal

Analytics

Customer Change Analysis: This report showsmonth over month analysis of customer acquisition and churn in different segments of business.
Customer Change Trailing 12 months: This report shows trailing 12 months analysis of customer acquisition and churn in different segments of business.
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Detailed report that shows differenct component of MRR change. Breaks MRR into New, Expansion, Contraction and Loss.
Net & Gross Renewals: Show net and gross renewals rate in different segments of business.
MRR Change - Month over Month: Interactive report that help analyse reason behind chaning MRR.
LTV to CAC Comparison: Customer Acquisition Cost to LTV Analysis
LTV:CAC Dashboard: Graphcal dashboard of Customer Acquisition Cost to LTV Analysis
